Term Of Use

These terms apply to your use of WithoutWatermark at withoutwatermark.net (the “site”), which is run by Gene Luke (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

What the site does

The site lets you save videos, photos and audio from public posts on other websites by pasting a link. It also includes a Watermark Remover that works on video files on your own device. The site is free, and you don’t need an account.

Only save what you have the right to use

Use the site only for content you created, content you have permission to download, or content you are otherwise allowed to save under the law where you live. You are responsible for what you download and for how you use it.

Downloading or reusing content may also be limited by the rules of the site it came from. Check those rules before you save or share anything.

What you must not do

When you use the site, you must not:

  • infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
  • repost someone else’s content as your own, or share it without permission;
  • remove a watermark, credit or other ownership information from someone else’s work to hide who made it;
  • use the site to harass, stalk, threaten or expose anyone;
  • try to get content that isn’t public, or get around logins, paywalls, copy protection or other access controls;
  • use bots, scripts or other automated means to make requests, or try to get around download limits;
  • attack, overload, probe or disrupt the site or the server it runs on;
  • use the site for anything illegal.

We don’t host the content

The site doesn’t store a library of videos, photos or audio. When you paste a link, our server fetches the file from the site it came from at your request, keeps a temporary copy so you can download it, and deletes it within 60 minutes. We don’t create, review or endorse the content you save.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Pinterest, Reddit or any other site the tool works with. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe which links the tool accepts.

The Watermark Remover

The Watermark Remover processes video files in your own browser. Use it only on videos you own or have permission to change. Removing a watermark or credit from someone else’s work can break the law.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content you own can be downloaded through the site without your permission, follow the steps on our Copyright page. We may block links or whole sites from the tool, and we may block access for anyone who repeatedly misuses it.

Changes, limits and availability

We may change, limit or stop any part of the site at any time, including which sites are supported and how many downloads you can make. The sites the tool works with change often, so some links may stop working without notice.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will always be available, free of errors or suitable for any purpose, or that content you save is lawful to use where you live.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to USD 50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Your responsibility to us

If someone makes a claim against us because of content you saved, or because you used the site in breach of these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of United State, and disputes will be handled by the courts of United State. If the consumer protection laws of the country where you live give you the right to use your local courts or laws, those rights aren’t affected.
